We don't take any percentage of your donation. The only fees are Stripe's payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30), which you can optionally choose to cover. We sustain our operations through optional donor tips.

Donations may be tax-deductible once they reach a registered 501(c)(3) charity; UmmahCauses is not a tax advisor. We also list registered charities in the UK, Canada, and Japan — each charity's page shows its registration, so you can check deductibility for your country. You'll receive an email receipt from UmmahCauses for your records.

When you donate to a cause (like "Palestine" or "Education"), your donation is distributed equally to the charities working on that cause that are set up to receive donations. It's a way to support multiple organizations with a single donation.

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if there was an error or fraudulent activity, please contact us within 30 days at support@ummahcauses.org and we'll review your case.

Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard. Under "Recurring Donations," you'll see all your active subscriptions with a cancel button. You can cancel at any time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers through Stripe.
